Lily Allen is one of my faves. Her songwriting prowess is rarely matched and I love the message in her new single “The Fear” off her sophomore album It’s Not Me, It’s You. Brilliant! I hope she has success stateside with this, but I won’t hold my breath. US radio is so slow and deaf when it comes to talent. They’ll play the hell outta crap like Soulja Boy, but shun artists that provide a breath of fresh air like Lily. It’s a damn shame, I tell ya.
