As I had hoped, the combo of increased sales and the release of the music video has helped Kristinia DeBarge’s 1st single, “Goodbye”, jump 13 spots to #20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart! This is the highest the song has appeared on the chart and we can only hope it continues its ascent!

Another Hot 100 Jump for “Goodbye”
Kristinia DeBarge’s debut single, “Goodbye” continues to climb up Billboard’s Hot 100 chart!After rising 75-42 last week, it makes another jump to #30 in its third week on the chart. The release of her video will only continue to fuel the single’s success, so I hope we get to see it soon!

New song titles on her self-titled album include “Cry Me A River”, “Sabotage”, and “It’s Gotta Be Love”.
Beginning June 4th, Kristinia will do a promo tour and afterwards a US tour. I’m not sure if this will be her own tour (doubtful) or an opening spot on another act’s tour, but I’m she’ll be getting out there and letting the public hear her music and get to know her.
Kristinia tweeted last week that she has finished the video for “Goodbye”. Her Billboard profile stated that it was shot last week in Venice Beach, CA. Can’t wait to see it!

It’s about time! My girl, Lady GaGa has climbed to the apex of the Billboard Hot 100 Chart with her addictive track “Just Dance”. I’ve been on this song for a hot minute, so I’m glad it’s finally made its mark for GaGa; even though it took 5 months!And here’s to many more Gaga singles having chart success. Her album, The Fame, is solid and chock full of potential radio hits.
