FINALLY!
There have been hints here and there that Pixie Lott would eventually release music in the United States. It’s been in articles and interviews from Miss Victoria herself. From those, we know that she’s filmed a movie — Fred: The Movie — and that “Cry Me Out” may be her 1st US single. And now it seems like the press is finally beginning for Pixie’s American push.
Billboard Magazine has a new preview of Artists to Watch for 2010. These are the acts they think are going to break out this year. I was super glad to see Pixie Lott on the list!
The big bullet points from the feature was that the label has not chosen Pixie’s lead US single yet, but they expect to do that, and set radio impact date in the coming weeks!
Don’t know about anyone else, but I can’t wait! Let’s goooo!
Pixie Lott has received 4 nominations for the 30th anniversary of the Brit Awards. Comparable to the US Grammy Awards, the Brits are quite prestigious across the pond.
At the show, which takes place February 16th in London, Pixie is up for the British breakthrough act, best British female and best single.
Find out more about the show and its tradition at www.brits.co.uk.
The Brit Awards nominations are coming and Pixie Lott has been invited to perform at the launch party in London January 18th.
La Roux and Ellie Goulding have also been tapped to perform at the IndigO2 gig which will air January 19th on ITV2 at 8pm.

Check your local listings for when the show airs in your market. It varies as the show is syndicated. Click here for the official show website.
